Informationen zur Einschreibung:  Die Kurse werden während der Vorlesungszeit der TUD in 3 Zeitblöcken angeboten und laufen jeweils 8 oder 16 Wochen (Block A + B). Im Block C wird es voraussichtlich einen bunten Mix an Angeboten geben.

Die Kurse sind als breitensportliche Angebote für alle Interessierten angelegt. Wir bitten um pünktliches Erscheinen in den Kursen, damit der methodische Ablauf nicht gestört wird und Verletzungen vermieden werden. Viel Spaß und Sport frei

Dodgeball 
Lerne die neue actionreiche Sportart Dodgeball aka. Zweifelderball/Völkerball 2.0 kennen. Sie überzeugt mit viel Tempo, packenden Ballwechseln und einem großartigen Teamgefühl.Gespielt wird im 6 vs 6 mit bis zu 6 weichen Schaumstoffbällen gleichzeitig. Es bleibt keine Zeit für Langeweile und dank der weichen Bälle braucht keiner Angst vor Treffern haben.
Der Kurs wird aus Warm-Up, sportartbezogenen Übungen, taktischen Erklärungen und jeder Menge Spielzeit bestehen.
Das Niveau wird dabei jeweils an die KursteilnehmerInnen angepasst. 
Das Ziel des Spieles ist simple: Eliminiere alle gegnerischen SpielerInnen durch Treffer oder fangen ihrer Würfe.

Darum geht’s in dem Kurs:
Spaß & Action                 - der gemeinsamen Spielspaß steht an erster Stelle
Wurftechniken                 - lerne wie du präzise, schnell und taktisch klug wirfst
Ausweichen                     - trainiere perfekte Dodgebewegungen um Angriffen blitzschnell auszuweichen
Teamtaktiken                   - entwickelt gemeinsame Strategien um den Gegner zu überraschen
Regelkunde                      - verstehe die Regeln des modernen Dodgeballs spielend leicht

Dodgeball - Kurse AB (16 Wochen)

 Völkerball (auch Zweifelderball) ist vielen noch aus der Schule bekannt. Zwei Teams spielen gegeneinander mit dem Ziel, die Spieler der anderen Mannschaft mit dem Ball zu treffen. Gefragt sind Gewandtheit, Treff- und Fangsicherheit, Ausdauer und Schnelligkeit.
> Völkerball-/Zweifelderballkurse werden hauptsächlich in der Sporthalle Adolph - Kloping Schule angeboten.

Registration Informations

The courses are offered during the TUD lecture period in 3 time blocks, each running for either 8 or 16 weeks (Blocks A + B). Block C will likely feature a colorful mix of different activities.
Registration: 14.10.2026 at 6:00 PM for students/employess

Dodgeball
Discover the new, action-packed sport of Dodgeball, also known as Zweifelderball/Völkerball 2.0! This game stands out with its fast pace, thrilling rallies, and fantastic team spirit. It’s played 6 vs 6, with up to 6 soft foam balls in play at the same time. There’s never a dull moment, and thanks to the soft balls, no one needs to worry about getting hit.The course will include a warm-up, sport-specific drills, tactical explanations, and plenty of game time. The level of play will always be adapted to the participants.The goal of the game is simple: Eliminate all opposing players by hitting them with the ball or catching their throws.What you’ll experience in this course:

Fun & Action: Shared enjoyment of the game is the top priority
Throwing Techniques: Learn how to throw precisely, quickly, and with tactical smarts
Dodging: Train perfect dodge moves to evade attacks in a flash
Team Tactics: Develop strategies together to surprise your opponents

Völkerball (also known as Zweifelderball / German school dodgeball)
Völkerball (also called Zweifelderball) is familiar to many from school days. Two teams compete against each other with the goal of hitting the players on the opposing team with the ball. Agility, accuracy in throwing and catching, endurance, and speed are all important.
