Description of the course programme: Mixed Games - 16 weeks
This course focuses primarily on having fun playing games, exercising, and participating in sports together. After warming up (usually in a playful way), small (burn ball, Frisbee, ball over the line, etc.) and large movement and sports games (two-field ball, basketball, hockey, soccer, etc.) are offered. The rules are not taken too seriously and are sometimes simplified or adapted, depending on what the group needs and what is most fun.
The course is designed to appeal to anyone who simply wants to get back into or try out playful exercise and team sports without the pressure to perform. We try to keep moving as much as possible.
You will need: indoor sneakers, water bottle, sportswear
Description Mixed Games – Racket Sports - 8 Weeks
Sometimes smash, sometimes trick shot – in this course format, a different racket sport is on the program every week. From jazzminton to badminton to pickleball, we try everything that combines a ball, a racket, and good spirits.
Whether you're a beginner or advanced, everyone is welcome! We play in a relaxed atmosphere, adapt the exercises flexibly, and make sure that everyone can participate.
