Table tennis is considered the fastest rebound sport in the world, and not without reason. It combines skill, coordination, dynamics, strength, endurance and concentration to an extraordinary degree.
Whether you have never played table tennis before or have been active in a club for a long time, you will find courses and opportunities to play with us.
We divide our training into five course types:
Beginners/Building up
Here we train technical basics, improve coordination and develop confidence in the game.
Advanced
Participants in this course know the basic strokes and play them with increased confidence. This type of course focuses on further developing technical skills and confidence in the game while increasing speed at the same time.
Game meeting (all levels)
This is where players of different strengths and technical backgrounds meet - everyone can take part. It doesn't matter whether you play alone or in pairs, because you can also find a playing partner directly on site. Then just get going! The course takes place without strict supervision and exercises can be chosen on your own initiative.
Game meeting (high level)
This course brings together players who have many years of playing experience and are therefore characterized by increased confidence and speed. The training can be freely organized. Club players or former club players are expressly desired.
Required for all courses:
- Your own table tennis racket - especially for the guided courses, it is important to have your own racket of a certain quality, otherwise techniques cannot be practiced. We will be happy to advise you.
- Sports equipment (indoor shoes, sportswear)
Balls, barriers, tables and nets are provided by us.
For the advanced course in block B, a password will be issued which interested parties from the beginner/advanced course in block A can obtain from the course instructor.
By clicking on the name of the course instructor, you can send your questions about the course directly to him or her. And if you click on the period, you will get an overview of all course information, such as course days and course location.
