Salsa! Cheerful, lively, swinging.
Dance salsa and feel a unique attitude to life. Gain energy and a good mood.
Salsa, which means sauce, comes from Cuba and has incorporated elements of various rhythms, music and dances in the course of its development. After the 1959 revolution in Cuba, many Cuban musicians went into exile in America, among other places. There, Latin American rhythms were mixed with jazz. The term “salsa” became established in the 70s. The music genre and the dance became incredibly popular, with the result that a veritable wave of salsa has swept from America to Europe in recent decades. Salsa comes in many different styles. But each one represents the lifestyle of the Caribbean cities.
Salsa is diverse and varied. Dancing requires the use of the whole body. So as well as the vacation feeling, you also do something for your coordination, strength and flexibility.
We offer salsa couple dance lessons in 2 levels.
Level 1: Salsa beginner
Level 2: Salsa intermediate/advanced
