English Version
Classical ballet combines strength, endurance, and flexibility, thus training the entire body. The additional challenge lies in making everything appear as effortless and effortless as possible. Flexibility is secondary to us – the main thing is that you enjoy movement and music!
Beginners (with prior experience) and advanced classes:
Each class is divided into three parts. First, there is a warm-up at the barre, followed by stretching, and finally, further step combinations are practiced in the classroom, i.e., without the barre. Occasionally, we also incorporate a short strength training session to optimally prepare our bodies for ballet. Over the course of the semester, a smaller choreography can also be rehearsed, if desired.
In the choreography course, in addition to technical warm-up exercises and corresponding preparatory exercises, a choreography from a selected work is developed over the course of the semester. Previous experience is desirable but not required.
