American Football ist eine der wohl härtesten und komplexesten Sportarten der Welt. Trotz, oder gerade deshalb zählt sie auch zu den interessantesten. Mit einer einzigartigen Kombination aus Taktik, Teamplay, individuellem Können, Ausdauer und Kraft bietet dieser Sport Reize für Jedermann.

Flag Football ist eine abgeänderte Variante, die das Tackling durch das ziehen von Flaggen ersetzt. So wird bei gleichbleibendem Spielspaß das Verletzungsrisiko minimiert und die Kosten für Ausrüstung niedrig gehalten (Ausrüstung wird gestellt).

Flag football is a modified version that replaces tackling with the drawing of flags. This minimises the risk of injury while maintaining the fun of the game and keeps the cost of equipment low (equipment is provided).
