Beginners' course
In the beginners' courses, the aim is to learn the technical basics and basic jumps up to the back somersault and first exercises on a competition trampoline. Prerequisites for successful participation in the courses are good body awareness and mastery of basic gymnastic elements such as forward/backward rolls. Furthermore, optimal fitness is a basic prerequisite for learning the elements on the trampoline and also serves to ensure your own safety and injury prevention. An extensive warm-up including strengthening and stretching exercises is an integral part of the course.
Note: Please bring sportswear and clean socks (no toe socks) to the course.
Advanced course
In the advanced course, the exercises from the beginners' course are consolidated further and technically more difficult jumps are practised. Prerequisites for participation in the course are a good command of the basic jumps on the competition trampoline. It is advisable to have taken at least one beginners' trampolining course at the DHSZ or to have comparable experience. Furthermore, optimal fitness is a basic prerequisite for learning the elements on the trampoline and also serves to ensure your own safety and injury prevention. Therefore, a warm-up including strengthening and stretching exercises are part of the course.
Please bring sportswear and clean socks (no toe socks) or trainers to the course.
Advanced course
In the advanced course, individual elements and exercises are trained and consolidated. The minimum requirement for participation in the course is a secure command of a backward somersault (c) on the competition trampoline. Participants in the advanced course also aim to take part in university trampoline competitions and the German University Championships. It is advisable to have completed at least one advanced trampolining course at the DHSZ or to have comparable experience. Furthermore, optimal fitness is a basic prerequisite for learning the elements on the trampoline and also serves to ensure your own safety and injury prevention. Therefore, a warm-up including strengthening and stretching exercises are part of the course.
