Special course - Banquine
In the Banquine course (basket, knots) you will be introduced step by step to the technique for bases and flyers. We gradually work on small sequences and let flyers get a taste of high altitude. Prerequisite for bases: You can squat someone with the same body weight; for flyers: you feel comfortable at 2-high.
Special course - strength & flexibility
This course is aimed at beginners with and without previous experience who want to learn the basics of acrobatics in a fun way. In addition to simple acrobatic figures, we gradually work on more demanding elements. A particular focus of the course is on targeted strength exercises and flexibility routines, which specifically help to improve the physical prerequisites for acrobatics and safe training.
