Course for beginners
In this course we learn how to balance on the hands, i.e. headstand, elbow support, crow position and finally the handstand and its variations. In addition to the correct technique, the physical requirements are also trained. Exercises to develop strength, flexibility, resilience and relaxation are part of every training session.
Course for advanced students
Have you already completed a beginners' course or acquired handstand skills in some other way? For this course, you should already be able to twist off and have the confidence to stand freely in a handstand (it is not necessary to be able to balance it safely). We will work on balance, different handstand forms and entries (e.g. also Swiss), consistency and control in the handstand.
