We mainly train duo acrobatics in various pair combinations and pyramid building in larger groups. Our repertoire includes both static and dynamic figures lying down or standing up (e.g. dirty dancing flyers). In addition to a warm-up with stretching, the classes also include learning and practising floor gymnastics elements (e.g. handstands). At the end of the class, the programme includes a strength circuit to strengthen the necessary muscles. Solo figures such as Salto and Flic Flac are not part of our training programme.
Training for beginners
No previous experience is required here, everyone can try it out. However, previous acrobatic or gymnastics experience is definitely an advantage.
Advanced training
If you have already attended a beginners' course or have acquired previous knowledge in some other way, you can consolidate the figures here and expand your repertoire. Prerequisites: shoulder stand on feet (in AcroYoga: Star), high Z; simple floor sequences. Women and men train together.
Training for advanced students
The focus here is on the individual development of personal performance levels. With mutual support, there are no limits to the figures. Ideally, you should have already attended a beginner and intermediate course or have gained previous acrobatic experience in some other way. You should already have mastered at least a few high standing figures (e.g. high star, baby handstand) and (want to) work on hand-to-hand. Women and men train together.
Free training
Free training is intended for those who already have acrobatic skills and want to practise them. Participation in this training is only possible if you are properly enrolled in this programme.
